- Night charges: 25% extra between 10 PM to 6 AM
- Advance booking recommended, especially for airport transfers
- Cancellation: Free if cancelled 2 hours before pickup
- Peak season surcharge: 20% during festivals and holidays
- Route deviation charges: ₹15 per extra kilometer
